House details

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-40712793.html

Our house has gone live! As you had all seen the photos along the way, I thought you might like to see the marketed version. We have a viewing this evening and hopefully some more on Saturday afternoon. Fingers crossed for a quick sale. Keeping it so clean and tidy is hard work!

This is a screen shot of the house I am rather taken with in Shropshire. Slight difference eh?! Look at that view! It makes my heart sing each time I look at it. We will definitely look to view it after Easter when we go up to do our first 'recky' of the area. It has outbuildings and approximately three acres. There is also potential for extending and adding our own flourish over time, which I like the idea of.

I'll keep you posted! Meanwhile back to reality.......

  1. Ooh the Shropshire house looks wonderful! I'm sure you'll have no problem selling yours, fingers crossed for you! It's amazing how different parts of the country determine house prices. Our house is a traditional semi with a large garden, the side garden being an actual building plot with outline permission yet the whole property is still only worth around £140k - hence if we want to downsize or move it'll probably be more expensive for us. Crazy!! Good luck with it all.

  6. Good luck! We've been muttering about perhaps selling our house and moving to something smaller, but neither of us feels up to getting the house ready for sale.

  7. looks amazing! absolutely fab job on staging. Just the right amount of things in the kitchen to show it is the heart of the home and used. Getting ahead of the bank holiday weekend is also a great idea. Great minds think a like...! The rooms all look immaculate. So much hard work when you are still living in it. 12. This is so great to see! Thank you for sharing. Good luck on the viewings. I hope you are able to make the sale quick. If I had to sell property in a swift fashion, I would be be working hard to keep it clean as well. I also agree that the view in the picture is absolutely fantastic.
