Basic mathematics

One plus one equals?

.....  Four, which in turn equals?

A yummy breakfast of two double yokers!!

I was very touched by the very kind words and empathy shown to me yesterday. It really restores your faith in human nature and how amazing a community can be. I'm sorry I didn't reply to them all individually but believe me, they were all read and each little drop of kindness from you all, served to refill my tank! I will take comfort from the small things x

  2. Two double yolkers ..... it's ages since I've had one.

I bet that was a lovely filling breakfast, just what you need, at the moment good healthy energy to start the day, and you can't get much fresher than laind by your own girls. I bet they knew you needed something to make you smile at the start of your day.

  3. My son was amazed to see a double yolker recently. I'd bought a box of duck eggs on yellow sticker offer and one was a double yolker. It was the first time he had seen one. And please don't feel the need to reply to comments at the moment. You have enough to do. Take care x

  4. Only looked in this morning, but sad to hear of the death of your mother. I went through what you are now going through 15 years ago (almost), and the pain diminishes in time and you are then left with all the lovely memories, believe me.
Oh, love the double-yolkers! What a breakfast!!!

  5. Good to hear your tank is refilling and it also looks like you are eating well which is so important. I get my eggs from a farm and in one box had three double yolkers. Never had one since. X
